please come to the concerned Budo-Jo 5 minutes before the class starting

When you officially start the lesson as first time, please bring an appropriate
wear forexercise or your own Karate-gi.
(Locker room and shower room are equipped at both Ikebukuro and Shinjuku
Sport Centers separately for men and women)
