At Junior/Junior-High Class, we teach students Basic defense and offense
techniques, Kata and Kumite. Through the above practices, I would like
students to learn civilities, consideration to others and strong will to
achieve his/her purpose.

In case you would like to observe the class and/or become a member of Shikyu-Juku,
please come to the concerned Budo-Jo 5 minutes before the class starting
time of the day.
When you officially start the lesson as first time, please bring an appropriate
wear forexercise or your own Karate-gi.
(Locker room and shower room are equipped at both Ikebukuro and Shinjuku
Sport Centers separately for men and women)
